Returns
Before returning any part you must first call and receive authorization. Claims for shortage or shipment error must be made within 3 days of receipt. All other returns must be arranged for within 30 days. Parts must be returned PRE-PAID. NO COD FOR SHIPPING of returns will be accepted. Upon return parts will be thoroughly inspected and if found to be defective a full credit will be issued. If found not to be damaged or customer ordered wrong part and does not order a replacement there will be a 15% restocking fee. No returns on custom orders unless authorized and no altered parts will be accepted. Items returned without authorization will be sent back at shippers expense. All returns must be accompanied by original receipt. When your shipment arrives if boxes and or parts appear damaged inspect thoroughly before accepting shipment. All shipping damage claims should be made to the carrier.
Shipping
Unless other arrangements are made all orders will be sent SHIPPING PRE-PAID VIA UPS GROUND. UPS 3rd, Day, 2nd Day and Next Day available on request at standard UPS rates.
Terms
All orders Prepaid by MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, PayPal, Money Order, Cashier's or Open Accounts approved by Rancho Performance Transaxles. All prices subject to change without notice. California Sales Tax added to sales within state unless resale certificate is on file prior to shipment.

Many parts are sold for "competition use only" and should not be used on public roads or highways. Installation of aftermarket or high performance parts may adversely affect vehicles warranty and Rancho accepts no responsibility for such warranty issues.
